Bay Cycle Way Volunteers

Help us keep the inspiring Bay Cycle Way well-maintained

This exciting cycle route opened in 2015 and has welcomed thousands of cyclists enjoying the stunning coastline of Morecambe Bay. Local volunteers help to keep the route on track.

You can help us and our friends at Sustrans to

  • cut back vegetation to make the route accessible
  • raise awareness of the route locally
  • keep an eye on signage
  • help maintain the route for the local community and visitors alike and help to give the Morecambe Bay Area the recognition it deserves as a beautiful and intriguing place to visit and live

If you are interested in getting involved with any of the above we would love to hear from you. While we welcome the skills you may bring, no experience is required and training and support is available. For more information please contact us.
