Your personal information is only accessible to authorised personnel and all personal information is transferred using secure processes. All staff and volunteer coordinators work in accordance with our data protection policy and procedures when handling personal data.
We only hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Every two years we will review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. If we dispose of your information, it will always be done so securely.
