We need an energetic and experienced team leader and programme manager with a proven record of effective leadership, delivery, and strategic vision.

You should have the drive and ambition to

  • Lead a small team, inspire and bring out the best in everyone
     
  • Manage delivery of a visitor economy portfolio of £1.2M 
     
  • Innovate and develop joint activity with other strategic partners.

Office:  The Factory, Kendal, Cumbria.    Initally 2 year contract.    32-37 hours a week.

If you want to develop the Bay as a centre for walking and cycling, are passionate about improving disabled access and can understand how to create new visitor experiences then we want to hear from you.  If you can lead and manage programme delivery, steer new strategic partnerships, and lead a team, then this is your opportunity to become a key player in boosting the visitor economy of the Bay area.
