Morecambe Bay is the jewel in the crown of the North West visitor economy. Attracting visitors from all over the world for its stunning coastal scenery, cycle ways, walking and outdoor activites, wildlife, award winning restaurants, great accommodation…..and of course the people. This is your chance to become a brand ambassador for such a recognised part of the UK.

Morecambe Bay Partnership in collaboration with Welcome to Excellence is excited to offer a unique one day customer service training programme, ‘Welcome All to Morecambe Bay’. Specifically designed for the Morecambe Bay area and its businesses the course will give participants the opportunity to enhance their practical customer service skills, improve their product and destination knowledge of Morecambe Bay and the surrounding areas, support accessibility for all customers, increase visitor numbers to the area and create a unique experience that exceeds customer expectations by encouraging word-of-mouth recommendations.
