FLEETING is a temporary, site-specific sound art installation and celebration of the Bay's fishing heritage.

Part of our 'Catching Tales'  project, you will hear  personal memories from Morecambe Bay’s fishing community, music and obsolete sounds of the bay, fragmented and transformed into an emotive reverie, to be played out in train carriages along the Lancaster to Barrow and Morecambe to Lancaster routes every Sunday during September. Find out more about 'Fleeting' here.

Come along and pick up your copy of the first edition of 'After the Ebb' - our specially designed newspaper by artist Kate Drummond - capturing some of the precious fishing memories from our archive.

'Fleeting' will also take place on Sunday 24th September on Northern Rail trains between  Barrow and Lancaster. Find out more here.

Free event.
