Far from being just part of Lancaster’s history, the Port of Lancaster is alive and well, and currently residing in Glasson Dock. This talk, by Helen Loxam, Chief Executive, gives some insight into the Lancaster Port Commission’s duties, responsibilities, constraints and challenges, and how they have changed, and indeed not changed, since its establishment in 1750.
