Meet in time for registration at 11.30 at Snab Point GR SD 209 639. Bring a picnic if you like, the King of Piel will open the bar. Finish by 3.30 pm. In partnership with Streetsafe. Meet at Shore Road end at GR SD 458 748 Saturday 26 July, Beach Clean, Newbiggin, 10-12 noon. Meet opposite the turning into Newbiggin village (at GR SD 269 692) on the coast road (A5087) Thursday 7 – Wednesday 13 August, The Kent Channel EXPO, Grange-over-Sands Daily 10.30 – 5.30 pm, Victoria Hall. With the support of the community in Grange we hope to mount an exhibition to tell the story of the Kent Estuary and how its shifting channels and changing shoreline have influenced the people of Grange and surrounding areas.
